The rooms are excellent and the hole university/college place its very nice.
The area where the hotel is situated is not nice or safe at all.
Very convenient...nice shuttle service to the union station
Would be nice if Bristo is open daily throughout the week
Price was reasonable and the facitlies were clean and up to date. Our room was quite nice. Location was near famiy we were visiting.
I like their shuttle service. I think The drivers were very good. Especially the driver whose name is Gerald was very kind and liked him very much.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Free shuttle service to area tourist sights and restaurants. The workshop I attended was located in the Hotel which was very convenient.
The Hotel is located on a University Campus and was not within walking distance of DC tourist destinations. It was located in a neighborhood that did not appear to be safe, although the University Campus was gated with guards and campus police, I prefer to walk around and did not feel safe enough to do so.
Deaf friendly! Discounts should be given to parents of students who frequent the hotel.

There were not enough comfortable seating in lobby while waiting or just wanting to sit outside of room. Some couches would help.

We liked the convenience of the Hotel.
To expensive. This was our second time at the Hotel and the price Doubled from the first time we were there. If your policy is to take advantage of people like people like us who have children at the school it is not a very good policy. Now that I know my way around if your prices don't come down to the other Hotels I will be staying there.
The people who worked there went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. There was a break-in at the parking garage and they contacted us to make sure that our car was not involved. They also contacted us one day by cell phone, when we left the "do not disturb" sign on the door to make sure that we did not need any services and let us know to let the desk know if there was anything else that we might need.
Proximity to business meetings. The staff use American Sign Language.
The listing didn't say that this is a hotel in the conference center on Gallaudet University. We had problems finding it because this wasn't included in the description. The walk to the metro at some times is a little concerning.
The hotel was hard to find and in a bad area of the city. We had to walk far to park the car and the price was more at check in. The shuttle was not what we expectied and the lady did not even know her way around the city.
